The following attachment is Wilbros Analysis of Land Application Materials. It doesn't tell you a whole lot, specifically it doesn't explain what the material is, or how it is created and collected, and from whom. After a meeting with Gary Black, the commissioner of the Department of Agriculture on April 29th, he has committed to collecting a list of the industries that are collecting this waste and conduct an independent analysis of the materials.
